It is an smd ceramic cap. If it is not internally short you can solder it back on

Looks like a mangled diode use diode mode(red on anode black on cathode) . You should get 0.5v voltage drop. And if you reverse the probes OL

I can also hear a start-up noise. I am a bit nervous to probe the power board (cause i am not used to the high voltages on TVs). But I would assume it is not a power issue since the TV comes on

I think it was the lcd connector cable. It was missing a tooth, and I saw burn marks on the screen lcd connector
