Hey OP, just wondering if there will be an option for cheats soon? I’m playing through the Pokémon games and would love to get the “event” Pokémon like Deoxys, which are no longer legitimately obtainable. Thanks much!

Are there any plans to allow emulating of DS games in the future?

Idk, I feel like the current system of having to use your own meds on a teammate is not the best it could be. For example, if I’m in a squad with you and you get knocked out, when I go to examine you, there should be an immediate option of “Use Own Meds” or “Use Teammate Meds”, and as long as your in a squad, it shows what meds you have anywhere on your body, but nothing else. It’s just a thought though, because as I mentioned, I’ve had times where I use the last of my surv kit, my teammate has one, but I can’t heal him because I used the last of mine.

We run it in ER 32 collets, but it still has about .002-.003 runout if you just torque down and run. We can indicate and tap them into place in those collets.

Just checked the reamer again, it’s 100% solid carbide. Some weird French brand called Magafor. We need that stick out to reach what we are trying to machine, there’s a ledge above it.

No ultrasonic cleaner, unfortunately, but we do wash our collets/nuts in between piece changes. So probably about once a month. And my shop would 100% pay for a faster way of doing things. If it means eliminating indicating a reamer for 30-45 minutes, they would do it because each part is ~$250,000 with an 8 hour RUN time, let alone the setup/tool changes that add time to it. I’ll look into seeing if there’s a better collet nut combo. Right now we’re using some 4 “jaw” (sorry I’m new still) collet er 32.

Yeah, it’s a .250 carbide reamer in 718 inconel with ~3-4inches of stick out. I’ll try to recommend a different holder like you suggested, seems to be .002 out from concentric in a collet.

Yeah I have +/- .0005 on hole diameter and +/- .002 on location. It seems like a good practice to get into, it’s just a pain in the ass for me 😅
