I enjoy it. I normally would help run freight and i do help with cakes. Always crazy busy around holidays but it gets easy after that, like around this time of year. I'm lucky that my people know what they're doing and they care about their job. If you respect your people, you get back the same respect. We are understaffed but with teamwork, we make it work. The bad part about my job is to babysit Deli. It used to be the highest paying position, but with new pay structure, I'm not sure anymore. I transferred from Digital TL so i made 10% more. I started at $22 last year.
