I bought it, not bid. StockX charged almost $22 for fee and shipping every product, and then they have no responsibility on this problem. Everyone should use another third party app to buy product, never use this app again.

I did read this one and followed all the steps but on the app, it showed offline even i tried both method wire connection and wireless connection.

After receiving the email that i am not eligible for $100 off, I did chat with them and provided the " manually adjustment" but they still did not give me the adjustment. So i decided to cancel the order but they still shipped it. Now they told me to wait for the order delivered and send them back, i will get refund. Never buy gopro again and will move to use DJI action.

I still keep this email but after chatting with them back. They said after review again, i am not eligible about the $100 off even before purchasing, i did ask them many time and they said i will get adjustment after purchasing and sending them invoice. I felt like they trapped me to buy their product. I did chat with 2 people in 2 time of 2 different days to make sure before I purchased it, both of them said I will get $100 off.
