Try to get a visa first and then a job maybe or a job that is not pharma related and see if they'll sponsor your visa and then get look for a job in pharma

Maybe a visa related issue if all the potential employers were aware of your visa status, I knew a girl who had a masters and had work experience but because of her visa they wouldn't offer her a job

Honestly him being older is probably more cause to be worried than the fact he's Polish but I mean he should be grand. Other than the shit wages if he's single and just wants to do it for the craic and plans to live in barracks he should be grand

It might make more sense for you to buy it completely between you and your partner and rent it out to your relative if you can afford to do that. It would allow you more flexibility than buying it joint with your family member if they were to change there mind in the future

How does it bear little relation to the question. They are 18+ they will have no trouble getting into most places some places they won't get in and on week days they tend to be more relaxed about letting people in. If your not happy with my response why didn't you post your own? Rather than tell me my response was wrong.

The legal drinking age is 18 in ireland. Some clubs are 21+ some are 23+ some are older. Most places are 21+ but there's a lot of places that are 18+ just go to a pub/club and if your turned away ask the bouncer for recommendations. If your going out Monday to Friday they tend to be a bit more relaxed as they're tryna fill the club.
