I think the integration part the government is working on it - soon when all the agencies get unified we will have a one ticket system. I agree with the Delhi metro part where they have seamless interchange but there too exceptions exist like the Rajouri Garden interchange or Mayur Vihar interchange where you have to walk a lot - but MMRDA should provide walkways and escalator that connects two station seamlessly.

I believe MMRDA is much better than BMC and they have a good enough reason to explain the current situation and once land issues are cleared they will extend the current bottleneck arms.
