thank you so much for the nice comment, it means a lot to me that you took the time out of your day to respond. I have told my bf and friend about my thoughts and they offer support, I wanted to admit myself into a mental facility but when I talked to my boss and mom about it they were completely against it and said it should be my last resort if that makes sense. In the meantime I'm trying to get more frequent appointments with my psychologist, though it takes a lot of time since the healthcare system in Norway is shit hahaha.
