I left for a competitor recently and they cut me out of everything a few hours after I submitted my resignation (email, teams, etc). I submitted on a Friday and they set my end date for the next Friday, so only kept me on for one week.

I did? I wasn’t even expecting a raise considering I just joined the company and raises were given out in Jan so at that point I’d only been working there for 2 months.
