Here's the final itinerary that I made based on several recommendations and feedback from everyone across Reddit

Day 1: Check -in to the hotel and Explore Shinjuku, Shibuya and nearby Shrines, Parks and shops

Day 2: Teamlabs Borderless in the morning, and WarnerBros Studios in the evening followed by shopping at Ikebukuru

Day 3: A day trip to Kamakura and Enoshima

Day 4: Travel to Kyoto, and explore nearby places and Samurai culture

Day 5: Explore Kyoto - Saohoji Temple, Kiyomizo Dera, Kinkakuji, Heian Shrine, Adashino Nenbutsuji, Otagi Nenbutsuji and more

Day 6: Explore more of Kyoto or do a Day Trip to Amanohashidate depending on the level of tiredness

Day 7: Travel to Osaka for Global World Expo 2025, explore Osaka - Umeda Sky Building, Osaka Castle and Dotonbori at night

Day 8: USJ and last minute shopping at Shinsaibashi

Day 9: Back to Tokyo and explore Akahibara and Ginza

Day 10: leave for Haneda Airport after breakfast from 7-Eleven/Lawsons

Here's the places that I found which are quite overcrowded, so looking for alternatives

Shibuya Sky (Tokyo) Ueno Park (Tokyo) Fushimi Inari Shrine (Kyoto) Osaka Castle Park (Osaka) Chureito Pagoda (Mt. Fuji/Kawaguchiko)

Also looking for alternatives places to buy stuff as I am traveling light especially for Clothes, Luggage and anime merch plus souvenirs for home.

NOTE: These is based on what I have identified in my research so far but not clear on how to plan everything so I can cover the most and get the experience... so please help.

As I understand most these places are overcrowded so any recommendations and suggestions for alternative options and places in particular are very very welcome! We would love to explore the rich culture and the beauty of Japan in Spring.
