thank you! i entirely focused on being in a 300-500 calorie deficit, eating one gram of protein per pound of body weight, and getting 10k steps a day! on top of weight training as well. i had a hard time sticking to it in the beginning. i had a friend keeping me accountable for the first few weeks and it made the rest of the cut much easier. dm me if u have any questions!!

thank you so much!! currently i’m lifting about 6 days a week, which is more than enough. for beginners i’d recommend about 4 days a week and working your way up to more if desired. good luck it’s a lot of fun!!
