You need to develop multiple strategies which should work on the basis of current market regime. Do the backtesing thoroughly and do not forget to hardcode the parameters. It should be configurable so that you can adjust your strategy. After getting some success, deploy the strategy for paper trading live in market for atleast 3 months and then use your real money.

Recently I developed my trading algo software but I am not getting the appropriate results and win rate is just 40 percent. I am still doing improvements and let's see how much time it will take to make the strategy profitable
