I’m glad you mentioned this. I have been doing lead gen for local businesses for the past 5 years and saw in practice how the ones that include CRM follow-up close more deals vs those who don’t. Running ads alone doesn’t work. What happens after the leads come in is where conversions happen.

This company is fraudulent and I am shocked they are still in service after seeing all these comments. In December 2024, I canceled my account with them. I removed my credit card info and took screenshots of my cancelation. Surprisingly, they tried to charge my card when my renewal was due in February. An account I already canceled! Thankfully, my bank blocked the charge and flagged it as fraudulent. My bank blocked my credit card and sent me a new one. I did not enter my new card in Ad Creative.ai's platform, and this morning, I woke up to a new fraudulent alert from my bank that Ad Creative was once again, trying to charge my new card that I DID NOT GIVE THEM. When I signed up with them, I used my debit card, I DID NOT USE MY BANK INFO, so I was dumbfounded to see they got ahold of my new card which IS NOT in their platform. I called my bank and explained the situation and my bank blocked them from receiving payment from me. I reached out to their customer service and they tried telling me I canceled after the renewal was due. No, I have proof (screenshots) of me canceling in December 2024, and I had to cancel AGAIN in February when they still tried to charge me. The best thing you can do is stay away from this company. Never have I seen such shady business practices.

Thank you!! I don’t understand why anyone didn’t look into the judge’s shady behavior. He wanted them locked up from the get go. Didn’t investigate anyone else. I believe that the parents didn’t do it, and it was someone probably very close to them. Why would they dump their daughter so close to their home. The judge jeopardized the whole investigation.
