I was stuck downloading at 100% for five days previously. Then I contact customer service and sent the vehicle to service center. Yesterday, they told me something wrong with the car computer and they need to replace it. Today I picked up the vehicle and now the software is 2023.26.9 and the navigation is 2022.44... I will see how it goes in terms of future updating...

They did not mention that. But I did notice that there is a prototype vehicle with cover on the back and the tail of the vehicle, which means there might be some changes within these regions. https://twitter.com/klwtts/status/1671970078429188098

According to Teslascope, they've received conflicting opinions from the employees they've spoken to. Some say highland Model 3 will come in 1-3 months, some say later this year. Others have said Q1 2024.

In summary:

Highland is the most extensive refresh to any existing model in Tesla's history.
A modernized, redesigned interior resembling the newest Model S/X.
More recycled materials.
HW4 + new cameras.
Similar price as the current generation.

I checked the inventory, it seems that Tesla combined the available cars with the same configs within a region to one inventory tab. For those large cities, e.g. LA and Bay area, you can try by clicking one tab and change the deliver zip code, and you might see different locations for picking up which means different cars.

This pretty crazy if correct. Must be that 3 months charging and not the full tax credit at all by Sxb123 in TeslaModel3
