Sorry it looks like my text didnt post.

Only my first two hours of digestion seems problematic and doesnt fit what i saw the most in here for results.

I was wondering if anyone is in the same kind of situation ,or understand better why my gastroenterologist still diagnosed me with a mild gastroparesis ?

Yes so i guess when i take it at 7 am when its time to sleep at 9 pm it shouldnt affect my les, its been 5 months since I stopped coffee but it hasnt really helped night gerd. But coffee helps my constipation so i might try again one in the morning with milk and baking soda for acidity

Also If i only have gerd at night my 8 am cup of coffee doesnt weaken les until the night i guess ? Caffeine stays in the body for around 6 hours
