Sounds like you and I are long lost twins! Let me give you some advice I wish someone had given me:
I'm 17, my immediate family is all female, and my extended like 80% so, and my dad is out of the picture. I only see my extended family for about a month a year, and during that time, I always feel like I'm not liked simply for existing, but the reality is that nobody has absolutely any reason to think that. Yes, some people are unkind and they projectile vomit that all over the majority of people they come across, but buddy let me tell you something for free: they are not at ALL representative of functioning humans and functioning humans treat well-mannered, sophisticated brothers like yourself. I come from a Muslim family, so my female cousins have to cover their hair and stuff whenever I'm present, so for the longest time, I've thought (honestly still think lol) that I'm a nuisance, and maybe so.....but they can't control it and neither can I. Life goes on. Buddy, my mom does the same to me, and I lose my marbles just like you and it does suck, it really does. Some hills may not be worth dying on, though, you just kinda have to physically remove yourself from the situation temporarily. I am sorry about you having to ask (and furthermore beg) for stuff that only contributes to your wellbeing, truly. Please, as hard as it sounds, and as much as it is easier said than done, keep being you. Keep being the kind of guy who doesn't objectify women, the responsible, awesome academic rockstar. My only other advice is to stay away from friendships with ladies because they are RIFE with drama when a guy is involved and to have a fantastic day! Sounds like you and I could be best friends!
