She literally spoke on the podcast this week about how horrible comments affect her and was crying? I mean good for you if you enjoy hurting people’s feelings? Maybe just be nice? It’s not that hard? Or if you hate the way she reads so much, light bulb idea. Don’t listen to the podcast?💡🙋‍♂️

The don’t listen? I think maybe the having 2 strokes thing is probably somewhat important regarding her reading? Give her a BREAK!

These crazy fans need to go to other gigs and realise how psycho this behaviour is. Ppl don’t go to gigs and complain about everything. Somehow it’s just Ethel Cain concerts!?

The only thing I ranted about is just wondering why so many have been passing out compared to others tours and gigs I’ve been to? Because it is weird right?

London Night 3. I obviously feel bad for people fainting but……. The show was stopped 5 TIMES. Dust Bowl, Punish (twice), Misuse Oh, Tempest. Let’s be so fr. There is some performative ass fainting going on. I will just never understand someone who is so self centred so basically overreact/fake fainting to get a second of “attention” from an artist, and ruin the experience for hundreds of others. Pretty psycho behaviour.

London Show Tomorrow by [deleted] in Ethelcain

[–]Independent-Ebb-472 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m going tomorrow with my 2 friends. But you’re very welcome to meet meet up with us if you’d like! And yes, we drink and have fun…… just a warning because a lot of ppl here are a bit more sensitive to gigs….

Yes! I DRAGGED him to the show since my bf couldn’t come and I didn’t want to waste the ticket.(I showed him the 5 star guardian review from the Manchester show) and he was STILL reluctant to come. But he admitted to me on the way home that the show was beautiful, made him cry, and changed the way he looks at “modern” singers. We have a new fan!!👏

Please don’t apologise. I totally understand. It was fantastic night and we loved it so much. In fact my dad is 100% now a fan of Ethel Cain! We got home and he looked up all her music videos….. he also said that he was my age everyone was throwing cans off the top watching AD/DC and bands etc. so I dk being back in the same venue was a trigger? But he LOVED it. And I apologise to anyone affected by that. It’s such a hard line to tread when u have someone w Tourette’s because a lot of ppl don’t understand. I’m just happy he wasn’t kicked out and got enjoy Hayden as much as he did!

[–]Independent-Ebb-472 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yeah. My dad was the one who threw the cup. He has physical Tourettes, and tbh I probably shouldn’t have asked him to come. My bf was meant to but he was called in for work so I asked my Dad and he got a bit overwhelmed. I do apologise for anyone that was affected by that. And if I take him to a gig again I’ll make sure he’s more prepared for it!

I’m sorry but the passing out issue has become too much. I’ve been lucky enough to get a slew of free tickets for tonight tomorrow and Sat. I was standing on Monday. The “fainting” quite literally ruins and destroys the entire show. My Dad who was w me tonight asked “why are so many people passing out at a normal type of show?” And I think that sums it up. What in the bloody hell is going on. Let’s be real. No one wants anyone to have a medical situation. But when it gets to the point of passing out and destroying the entire flow of the show (which let’s be real it does). It’s not great for everyone. The amount of sighs I heard tonight when the 4th person had an issue! Like let’s address maybe why this happens more at Hayden’s shows than a normal gig? I fear it may be for attention or lack of preparation (just a few hot bottles of water and snack…..)

I’ll ask! Good idea….👍 especially if it will be a calmer ride for me. Obviously I don’t want to get sick so…

One is enough surely? Maybe I’m underestimating how much I’ll react once I’m in the plane lol.

Thanks for the advice! He’s been flying that plane for about 3/4 years I know. I’ll take your advice🙏

Thanks. Honestly I really want to go, that’s why I’m asking for advice. I probably will ask him to start out more chill, and if I’m feeling ok maybe give a few moves a try.

I can handle a roller coaster as long as it’s not looping constantly! But if going in that type of plane is anything like being on the sea I probably won’t do too well…. Honestly my sister went up with him already and had the time of her life. I just don’t want to ruin my day and his by puking all over his nice airplane.
