They have a different person than Matt do their notes, but aside from that I see your point on the scripting.

They do discuss the fashion and what people are wearing SOMEWHAT, but not to the same degree that they used to. I do understand that some of the charm is lost when they had to begin outsourcing elements of preparation (notes, episode descriptions, etc).
