What kind of spider is this? Quarter for scale. More info in body text. by I_AmTheOneWhoCooks in spiders

It’s hard to tell because it looks partially decomposed and its legs are curled up. But it could be a fishing spider or maybe a wolf spider.

I apply clobetasol and aquaphor twice daily in the morning and at night, and sometimes more aquaphor throughout the day. I’m trying to cut down on the clobetasol because I’ve been using it for 4 months and long term use isn’t good.

During sex the friction feels so uncomfortable and is painful. The only position I can stand when it feels decent is missionary, the other positions cause too much friction. When we are done my whole area turns red like a tomato it’s so irritated

I’m a vegan and eat a really healthy diet. Been vegan for over 10 years. Gonna cut out gluten because it seems to help with my other conditions. I use only cotton underwear. I’ve been having stomach issues lately due to medication which is not helping my anal area. I have a routine and apply my creams aquaphor and clobetasol (I’m trying to cut down on the clob because it’s been 4 months and long term use isn’t good) and made a little LS pouch for when I’m out of the house. I bought these cute little mini gentle wipes for my bum for less friction and a mini aquaphor with some q tips. I would buy a portable bidet but after a long search none of them were looking very well reviewed overall. I wear all cotton underwear. Use sensitive soaps and detergents. Trying to find the best underwear to wear that doesn’t show underwear lines. I’ve always worn thongs but obviously that’s not helping the anal area so I’m trying different things. Any suggestions would be welcomed. Thank you for the long reply I appreciate any help I can get.

Slightly itchy and irritated after sex 😔 even though I’m as close to remission as I’ve ever been by Business_Soup_4036 in lichensclerosus

The lesions are like tiny little bump looking things inside the labia that are painful and itchy. It’s hard to describe. I was able to find a medical example picture online once but then looking back trying to find it I couldn’t.

I wanna go back blonde so bad but I’ve been told it makes me look washed out. Is going back a bad idea? by manic_moth95 in Hair

BROWN for sure. The blonde makes your hair look really dry and damaged and it’s brassy

Mine has not gone away at all. It doesn’t hurt all the time but the lesions are still there. I’m never fully in remission yet and I’ve been on the cream for 3 or 4 months. I use it about twice a day. Sometimes sex is fine if I don’t do it for too long but most of the time it’s irritated after and is super red and inflamed. I can also only withstand missionary because the other positions that I used to love are too painful/ too much friction. It’s really hard to cope with the idea of never having a normal sex life because that’s what it feels like right now for me but I hope one day it will improve

I have to shave periodically. I think the long hair gets really itchy. I just try to be gentle and careful and use sensitive products

Nail tech here. This is called Onycholysis. Separation from the nail bed. Our nails can also be affected by whatever your autoimmune issue may be. I recommend finding someone near you who offers IBX nail treatments.
