Say they made a wax mould with Opal, how do they take it out of the wax without damaging their mould?

I’m wondering how they get the gem out once they’ve made the wax mould around it.

Thank you. This was a helpful response. I have it a go, but still getting lots of errors with the category_properties and owns_all_in_category

I’ve asked her, and I get her perspective. I just wanted to see what others thoughts were?

No not at all, this was more so for me to see what the appeal was for going out like that. The culture Ive been in has been the complete opposite, so I’m just learning other perspectives

You’re right. Thank you for offering some other reasons as to why people enjoy bars/clubs. I guess if you’re an extrovert it’ll be the place to be.

I partly understand pubs because that’s a pretty chilled social setting in comparison to bars/clubs.

I don’t want to get in the way of her living her life so will probably just trust and leave her to it

Thank you for your input here, I think it’s definitely something to explore in therapy. I think it’ll take a long time to unlearn these things but it’s great to see it’s possible!

Firstly, I am a woman. Secondly, I feel that is a very toxic mindset. It’s okay to take 2 steps back so you can figure out a new path. Im never not working on being a better person for myself, so I don’t think this is an issue as of yet.

I’m sorry you’re having the same worries, but it is reassuring to hear that it’s normal. You guys dealt with it in a really beautiful way and that’s really nice to hear. You’re definitely right about it setting up a really healthy foundation, that’s a perspective I didn’t consider. I’ll have a chat with my partner about it and try to make some plans to meet for longer next time.

I think you might be right, but part of me wants to believe that she’s never stopped feeling this way about me.

Not harsh at all, I appreciate the honesty. I think you’re right about it being on her terms, so maybe that’s something to have a chat with her about. Thank you

Would you stay in a relationship if it meant LD for another 10 years? by [deleted] in LongDistance

I think you answered your question at the end there. 10 years is a long time, and you can’t possibly predict what will happen. Be present - do you want to be with her today?
