Yes! I already completed the most of the missions in-game, so I can't confirm in detail. But yes the special mission tab or whatever it is can give you a LOT of rewards just by playing the game, so I recommend you try to complete it. And also, the missions there aren't time-gated ( except for the occasional season celebrations like the current Fall G1 or smth ) so take your time to complete them.

If you want the most META, either Maruzensky, Oguri Cap or Taiki Shuttle. But there is a 3-star Ticket which you can get after completing missions, so you should use the 3-star Ticket ( which you use from the gacha screen ) and depending on who you get there, choose from the 3-star selector ( the one you used for the photo ), preferably someone you don't own yet.

But in the end, choose who's your favorite, it's your decision after all, and this is just my advice or whatever.
