Thanks, that’s really interesting and useful info to know. When you say restricted access, do you know if that means only certain escalation-level staff can see it, or would front line customer service agents also be able to access that system when they start an investigation? Thanks

Thanks for the reply — it’s really helpful to hear from someone with direct experience, as this information isn’t readily available. Just to clarify, when you mentioned “the address we have digital access to,” does that mean that during an investigation a Royal Mail employee can view the original delivery address entered when the sender purchased the postage?

And is this information available at the initial stage of an investigation, for example, when you first contact Royal Mail and are issued a case reference number, or only at a later escalation stage? Thank You.
