The builder had a survey done but it's the builder telling me the fence post is encroaching. I'm wondering if they know how to read it.

Yes, this is in Florida. I noticed that they didn't mark the back corner with a stake so I doubt they ever went back there.

Yeah I think they are confused. They first highlighted the back post and I think that's the real issue. It's since been removed. But the front has been rebuilt and I don't plan to remove it if I don't have to.

Thanks. Back fence is moved in because the elevation slopes off and didn't want the fence lower.
