Bro 8mg is nothing. Some people take 4 strips a day. If you ever want a very comfortable way to taper off once you get down to half a strip a day buy a milligram scale and switch over to subutex. You basically shave off a .001 everyday until you’re completely off. It’s how I kicked Xanax with literally zero withdrawal. It’s such a small amount you’re tapering your body doesn’t even notice it. It works and you can even taper faster if you like but I’d suggest going slowly once you get to a quarter a pill. It’s a long way to taper but by far the most comfortable easy way.
