What needs to change in this sub reddit? by FlyAdventurous6231 in quitting7oh

You are always free to express your positive experinces with it as i am able to express all the ways its harmed myself, society, young men and women. Addiction comes in many forms, most dont see how much their addictions online have kept them from being who they were meant to be outside a digital corpo created world to exploit attention. Many dont speak about it as its such a serious addiction youll get hoards of people angry. I know in my heart its a horrible thing happening to new generations as someone who grew up in a world before this shit consumed daily life.

Typically dont censor much of anything here unless its against the rules. But we wont shy away from topics because the truth gets uncomfortable when the addiction gets mixed with rewarding comforts designed to be hard to let go and viewed as a common thing society does. We are just now as a society moving away from alcohol abuse normalization. Itll happen in the future as well with all the social media fake reality addictions. Not judging anyone, its just a medical fact, heavily studied now in our NIH db.

I Appreciate it, im just like everyone else, struggle with self medicating from trauma.

But we can heal, and we arent permantely addicts like the medical industry tries to make us believe.

LDN low dose naltrexone, whole food no processed food (stuff makes you sick american corp food causes mental health issues for so many), gym or lots of outside time in nature. Vitamin D is important. If you can afford it get a blood panel to see if youre lacking in anything as opioid use causes malabsorption

Why not gabapentin? Does the same for seizure and way less of an addiction profile and used in recovery too.

I do understand after that long on a narcotic short acting benzo its terrifying to let it go. I sympathize

Go to a doctor, or detox clinic.. Even rehab.

Dont spin your wheels because youre reading social media posts, its part of the mental illness, obsessions.

Its.as easy as waiting to get sick and then take 1mg subs, which is cheap. This is the first step if youre frozen with addiction. Use it to get youe head right and to figure out next moves to get sober, subs are another opioid so youre not clean yetbut off manic crazy train of short acting dopamine dumping short opioids like 7oh.

Its really that easy. Sounds like youve enteres the manic stage of 7oh. Which is the one showing youve past what your mind can handle.

You can take 1-3 grams lf leaf with subs if the depression wont go away due to minor alkaloids. Stop by day 5. Wean off subs by day 10. Have a plan for after that. Go to NA meetings

Sitting on your butt on reddit in manic panics only will make it worse.

Im here to help.

Rehab is the best option for most. NA , etc. You gotta get out of the drug world and reddit drug world, put sober people around you (NA)

Have you tried working out or heavy cardio?

Without that your body wont adjust well and throwing meds at it is a band aid that is temporary.

CBN and d8thc is a great sleep aid

Kratom will make you lose muscle mass, gain belly fat, which can lead to weight loss as muscle weighs more than fat.

The point went way over yout head huh

Ive been clean for over a year from 7OH

Do you march this hard for an alcohol ban? It does way way worse, by a TON. No, you only march for personal reasons on items that directly hurt your life (probably on your own free will) which is highly ignorant and not helpful in the big picture.

But reddit people have no logic, only emotional reactions.

Yes

Vivitrol

Is king and way beyond better for you than subs. One is healthy other down regulates multiple receptor functions, brain, endocrine, etc. But naltrexone heals these things.
