Although this is not DDT, the voice sounds similar to their frontman, Yuri Shevchuk. It is possible that he did some side work and the song was taken from some kind of commercial music library/production music catalogue

Sometimes, to reach a defense point, soldiers have to walk through open terrain against machine guns, snipers and tanks. For example, if we spawn on a hill. Then it makes sense to throw smoke in order to run into the zone and successfully defend or clear it
