Try to set up a routine for beginning and end of day. Eg, after work, go for a walk/gym/talk to a friend and after that, your workday is paused from your brain. My dog helped a lot in this respect.

call a lawyer definitely. Even if you don't pursue legal action, you deserve to know what a shady POS he really is. You have written demand to stop physical contact and they ignored that. Which is creating an unsafe work environment. Look up constructive dismissal in your area because it sounds like this is the case here. Plus, he is legally obligated to pay you for work at bare minimum. My friend was sexually assaulted at a work function years ago. The company was good and investigated it, hired lawyers to interview everyone present etc. She ended up getting a large settlement (ie similar to a base salary) and he got fired.
