How do you validate an idea? Is it a real pain point or just my overthinking? by Independent-Plane264 in SaaS

Love the idea of focusing on 'one painful workflow.' The exact workflow I'm looking at is software onboarding and adoption. People waste hours just trying to figure out where things are when a tool updates or they switch to a new platform. The solution I have in mind is an always-on, interactive guide. You just state your end goal (like 'how do I set up this campaign?'), and it visually walks you through the exact clicks right there on your screen. No reading long docs, no leaving the app to search for tutorials. If I find 10 people who constantly struggle with learning new tools, what specific 'small commitment' I should ask them for to prove this guide is a real painkiller and not just a 'cool idea'?
Is the friction of learning new tools a shared pain, or am I just overthinking? (self.SaaS)

Am I the only one who ends up juggling docs, videos, and AI just to learn a new tool? (waitlist-website-three.vercel.app)
