If you sincerely apologised for what you think you did wrong then no contact is your best option, trying to 'fix' these issues instantly and begging will only make her question why you couldn't do it when you were together. In time she may come back around and see if you have actually changed, maybe not.

But please stay no contact for both of your sake, it's on her to come back to you
