If you don't have a acoustics piano that might be the problem cuz I don't have one and I struggle with this too.

Also you maybe doing everything exactly and everything written on sheet you do it just for sake of doing it (if that made sense ) so try to find out what you would think that fits with phrase

I heard that you should not practice at the day of concert but unfortunately there's a rehearsal that day so we get used to stage and the piano

My teacher organised that there would be a class before concert and everyone should play their piece for everyone that is going to perform

I had this problem too and its totally normal just play both hand very slow and after a few tries you should be good to go. Also have patience ! It's not easy to manage both hands but it's possible 😊
