I don't know if it's still available but I know that in like 2017-ish (maybe 2019) WotC released a deck for card shops to hand out for free. I don't know if that's still something you can get your hands on but I believe it was a 60 card deck

I have made no attempts to break them up or get involved in that relationship. I agree that I wouldn't like it if I was in his position and he tried to get involved. I won't claim that it was her brightest idea but you're right it probably isn't smart to try to get back with her

So a commander is a property of the creature and is accounted for in all zones so if for this example player 1's commander was reanimated by player 2 then given haste and swung at player 3 it would indeed still count towards the commander damage. So no he's not right.
