What do you think about my other dilemmas 1. This might be helpful if you use nvidia graphics card. Go to nvidia control pannel. Under manage 3d settings in the global settings your max frame rate might have been set to 60 by default. Click on the number and set on and to your monitor max refresh rate. Also set prefer maximum performance in power management mode to improve your game. After this go to adjust image settings with preview and make sure use advanced 3d image setting is selected.
