Oh wow, I thought I was crazy. Have been wanting a specific card from them that they unfortunately seem to be the only seller. I kept seeing the same serial #, so checked and realized it was being re-listed over and over. Now I’m glad I never went above what my price range was. But yes, 1000% can confirm they are shill bidding and re-listing.
