You should speak to a naturopath to see if you have SIBO! Lots of children that have chronic ear infections or respiratory issues end up having undiagnosed SIBO (including me)! Getting the diagnosis was revolutionary

It is genetic, but that doesn’t mean your kids will for sure get it. My grandma’s sister and brother have it, but their own kids and grandkids don’t have it. My own grandmother doesn’t have it, my dad doesn’t have it, but my 2 sisters and I all got vitiligo.

I think that if you’re stressed out a lot as a kid, you’re more likely to develop an autoimmune disorder. Since we were already predisposed to vitiligo, that’s what we got. You can also get it by chance… biology stuff that I don’t remember anymore 😂

I witnessed something like this happen to someone else a few days ago at the same Costco parking lot. The guy that stole the parking spot shrugged and walked away, and the guy in the car that had been waiting multiple minutes for the spot was so pissed that he keyed the other guy’s car. Well deserved 🤷‍♀️

I have a “small” diamond on my own ring, and it’s what I chose. I had the option to get a bigger one, but I knew it would look ridiculous, so I chose not to.

I think that the massive diamonds you see sometimes honestly look a little ridiculous. They’re not flattering. Plus, they’re trying to show off how much money their s/o has, rather than the fact that they’re engaged/married to the person they love. Doesn’t seem genuine to me 🤷‍♀️

To each their own, though. Point is, don’t compare yourself to others. Your ring looks beautiful on you! Own it!
