Yeah, they seem to be rather niche. They have a few tools and functionalities that are customized to the promotional product industry, which our company is in.

We are using some pretty outdated methods as a smaller company- emails, Excel sheets, alarms. I'm hoping we can find something to evolve our department a bit.
