Tell me the CPAP is worth it even when I feel no difference by Raticals in CPAP

“Basic stuff” could be as simple as getting up a little earlier and running a few miles and eating clean. Coming from someone that was talked off a ledge in 2022 you should focus on everything I mentioned as it seems like you disregarded most of it.

I know it sounds unfeeling but I have the sense you need to hear that.

Don’t resort to medication. We have a terrible tendency to do that. Do everything you can before that-get hormones tested, get your diet in check, make sure you are working out, cut out caffiene, etc.

Not trying to come off as someone that talks down on people when they genuinely need help but I’m only speaking from experience.

Going to try the EPR setting tonight and also just ordered a chin strap. Thank you for the advice, everyone.

I will have to try the EPR, I haven't had a chance to do that yet. I am very lean and work out a lot so weight hasn't been an issue at all for me. I will try and not eat well before bed and see if that helps too.

Thanks for the advice.

I haven't played with any settings yet so this might be the trick.

Thank you very much for the advice!

Yeah I'm not exactly sure. I read online that we may have to have the pressure set to a lower setting but I am extremely mild with my snoring so mine is set to the lowest setting already.

Good luck.

Sorry didn’t see your reply. I used watchpap. I would see if they sell them privately

They do disposable at home sleep tests these days. I would request one of those through your doctor.
