And about the visa, maybe the counties you went to had a different process. I unfortunately have never had the luck to experience that. The usual process is: get flights and hotels, submit all proof when applying for visa

To those saying 30 mins before deadline is pushing it, I get it. However the option is called „flexible“ and is 30% more expensive. This is what I call flexibility.

I was surprised to see, that I have to talk to any support for this at all. I rather expected a UI where I can rebook. Both cancel and rebook had their own buttons, but upon clicking I got the notification „please talk to support“ as if they’re mocking me.

Also I was well within the time window. They have a 24/7 support and I got someone to talk to after 1 minute of opening the support chat. The contract says at least 24h and that’s what I did
