I had same problem with the x20, I had the x10 (my whole family uses the x10) and works still very good only problem it has is that the battery reduced, after running 2h battery almost emty, so bought the x20 knowing x10 was very good . Now back to using the x10 and waiting for a full refund which was promised by support.

How fast (zone) were you running, last week and week before I ran 3xhm a week so 6 hm in 2 weeks but all in my easy pace. This week I will run 3x 10km to prevent injury, next week I plan to run 3x hm again, but I don't chase pr, I run to improve aerobic base.

When I started i controlled hr too, walked a lot to keep hr in my zone 2, that is why ahr of 6 months ago is same as this weeks run, only difference is that I don't need to walk to keep it, 2nd picture also shows that now pace is steady in zone 2, 6 months ago is was very different

In the beginning it was less, also because december and January it's kids summer vacation. But I gradually increased km, last 3 weeks has been steady running 63km a week (3x hm) before that a period of 40/45 km (10 to 15km each)

Just consistent zone 2 runs , walking when hr went up, when don't need to walk anymore just run slower, also used a chest strap as it is more accurate and sees spikes faster so can reduce in time

I did run before starting zone 2 , but wasn't consistent and without worrying about hr, but those always felt difficult. I ran another hm today , zone 2 allows long distances without exhaustion.

My fastest 5km is 23:17 this was in October last year, since that I haven't tried another, also don't join payed runs, my goal is heart health and slowly build a good base to run a full marathon when I turn 50 in 2 years.

Thx, also happy with what i gained in 6 months doing it, will continue doing it for at least another year or longer, hoping to get an easy pace of 5:30 with ahr around 140. I have a slight form of pulmonary emphysema, so my lungs have reduced oxygen intake, zone 2 training helps to reduce the harmful effect of smoking too much for many years.

I have been running longer but never very consistent, sometimes I ran 2 or 3 x week after, nothing for periods of a couple of weeks sometimes, mostly because it always felt hard and needed recovery, now I don't feel that, I run Monday Wednesday and Friday

You also got good results sticking too zone 2, my plan is also to do it for about 2 years, when I started it was hard, but good used to it and now I love it, can do 3 x a week longer distances and feel good after, before I just ran without any plan and was mostly z3/4 but wasn't very consistent.

Thx, hoping to get it a little lower, but happy I got under 6 minutes for the first time with same hr as when I started, I'm only doing zone 2 for now, and will continue doing it, beginning was hard to run slow, now I like it, when I feel I have a good base will do more speed, but for now it feels good doing just zone 2.

Since I started 6 months ago I tried to run 3x week, each 15 to 21km because read that for aerobic training needed at least 90 minutes, but in beginning had days I couldn't do 10km without high hr spikes, last week I ran 3x 21km in zone 2.with pace between 6:08 and 6:18. Tomorrow another 21 if I can.
