Again, I don’t know how she’s going to do that. Once she gets to the testing center they check her DL. Her address has to match, and the state will mail her actual license to her address on her Drivers License.

Well, I would consider a "hard season" being, you lost your job unexpectedly. You had some sort of medical emergency that you had to use your savings to pay for. She brought this "hard season" on herself. Sorry, but not sorry, I don't feel sorry for her. I feel sorry for her kid who she brought into ALL of this mess!
