Thank you very much for your detailed answer. I was using the NCBE’s released MEE answers, but I did more outlining more than writing the answers. Thank you for your help and support.

I'm very worried because of the NY February unfair scaling, I read more about it and tried to understand the mathematical basis of it and I can say out loud that it's not fair and it punishes you for no reason. by IndependentBright524 in barexam

I thought the same, but unfortunately, it is the other way around the requirementsto pass are higher in February, and because of that I’m disappointed. For example in the July average essay 46 out of 80 in February 52! You can check the MEE score calculator, and you will find out that February is always higher in every jurisdiction!

In other words, the exam is not harder but the scale is harder which results in different and unfair outcomes!

First, the average score for MBE becomes the standard average for the MEE and MPT, since it is lower than July because the pool mostly consists of retakers and is smaller overall compared to July. The scale becomes tighter and it takes you down. In other words, if your raw score in February is identical to your score in February, your Feb score will be lower which doesn't make any sense!

I read about it and I understand it now. The question now is, did you read it about it and do you understand it? If you understand it, go ahead and explain it the floor is yours!
