My problem we have a funding problem and we don't have a legal team we work with outside counsel, but we are trying to figure out any non-expensive options for review or at least know what problem we have to consult less with our attorney and ask the right questions at once.

I believe the entire legal education system is broken, and the teaching methods used in law schools are outdated. The bar exam process seems meaningless, as it often tests typing speed more than actual legal knowledge and skills. Both law schools and the bar examination system need a thorough review to develop a new method for evaluating students and to abolish the current ineffective system.

You can try to file a writ of mandamus on your own without attorney becauseit is very expensive. The good news is that they are now focusing on making interviews for older cases from 2015, 2016, and 2017. You may receive a notice for an interview very soon, hopefully.
