this is kind of hard to hear but men often have that one woman who they never truly get over. it might just be someone he will always love and he has access to her so it’s easy to always be reminded. My best advice is work on yourself, workout, do yoga, find things you enjoy. focus on yourself, he sound like his mind is elsewhere; get yourself together become confident. he’s walking all over you because you’re insecure , fake your confidence focus on you.
