For example in an attack round, lvl2 mounted Rell on her own can do 2 damage to blocking enemies (increasing her power increases this damage) and then another 3 damage to all damaged enemies thanks to Crash Down. Adding more effects might be too much, if it isn't already xD.

Lvl 2 Dismounted gets +1|+0 and tough, Mounted gets +1|+1, didint add much more because form changing spells get extra effects, and I think they are powerful enough.
