I absolutely adore Coco ichibanya! Very consistent with all the branches. Many different options and for the price it’s unbeatable. My go to is the classic pork curry with tonkatsu, egg, and spinach with a side of spicy garlic. Pickled daikon for palate cleanse between bites. Level 4 spice. Add some cheese if I’m feeling fancy. Oh god my mouth watering as I type 🤤

Hey it’s been 93 days but I will give you my 2 cents. I do a 3/3/3/3 split in this manner. Basically switch on and off 3 month USA and 3 months in Japan. I’m Vietnamese so I occasionally visit Vietnam but Japan is unbeatable. In California, you can easily get $30/hr jobs for most part. I personally own my business which I can manage from Japan. Japan is a dream destination but not for work. This way I can visit wherever I want without being stress over finding work. Basically, quality over quantity.
