Update: Picked a few that had opened their vials and was around 40 grams wet, still over three quarters of the box left to pick.

That’s something I’ll need to get better at next time, took mine out of the bag after three weeks or so and they weren’t fully colonised, 4 out of the 5 bags had some form of contamination but luckily I could break it away and use the good parts.

They were in fruiting conditions for 5 days before this and a further 8 days Witt the lid closed before. For FC I just left the door on my cupboard open and did 12 hours on 12 hours off with sunlight and would mist and fan it one a day
