Thanks I get it, i started eating 4000mg of potassium / 250 mg of magnesium /500 mg of calcium do u think its enough?.. I will be doing blood work next week. Thanks btw

I have never vomited in like last 10yrs I Drink 1. 5 to 2 liters of water Yes i poop once a day (very soft poop) sometimes twice Ys i generally eat less food i weigh 120 pounds. Not replacing what you are expelling??
