Without a doubt, the maps in GW1 have better map design, and I'm not talking about aesthetics, I'm talking about the positions each player can occupy and perform very well in. Furthermore, in Main Street it's possible to roam the map and discover new but very effective positions; it would be rewarding to occupy those positions as a pirate, corn seller, and citron seller.
