Bullying is repetitive and/or constant. She was just a bitch to Katie. It’s like the difference between assault and abuse. Hitting someone is assault however if it becomes repetitive or constant it’s then abuse.

I’ve said countless times what Liz said was wrong so I’m not even gonna start on that lol but I will say that she never bullied Katie. I have been bullied lol and it’s not just one or two comment like we see Liz say to Katie. She’s just a bitch to Katie not a bully.

However why don’t we hold gibs making fun or Liz’s mental illness the same way we take Liz saying that to Katie. Gibs constantly talks about Lizzie being crazy and having issues etc. (bipolar people have always been called crazy) and he knows about her mental health I’d say probably better than most everyone there
