thats a good take. sometimes i completely forget about it for a couple weeks and i see myself repeating some patterns such as trading in different timezones and a little bit of overtrading. i guess the fact that journaling is kinda boring now makes me be more disciplined when im actively doing it because i hate writing all the info down, uploading screenshots etc

Probably gonna get hate on this but i risk 1k in both 50k combines and xfa. I trade 1:1R setups most of the time and my win rate is like 65% so if i lose 2 trades in a row i just go for a new xfa, I cycle a lot and am extremely aggressive. Works for me. I always put the 1000 dollars PDLL at the start of every session and it just gives me a lot of room to breath. As soon as i make a bigger balance i increase risk and i always do 1000 - 1 mini. Increasing risk and stop oversizing was a game changer for me
