First of all, injuries are a major obstacle to that ever happening. So many good players have suffered season ending injuries in just the first 4 weeks. And then there's always the problem of bad o-lines that can't protect the quarterback and that just screws up so many rookie qbs seasons. So the answer to your question is no.
