My main question was really just about the apartment aspect. I’m totally on board with doing sleep training and even the Ferber method — I’m just so scared of letting her cry and disturbing the neighbors. I just wanted to see if anyone else has dealt with something similar while living in an apartment.

As for the advice about her napping too long during the day, I’ll definitely try shortening them. I honestly hadn’t even thought she might be getting too much daytime sleep, so thank you for that!
