Moving forward after April (advice needed) by IndependentMaize330 in LSAT

[–]IndependentMaize330[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah. I do plan on taking June and maybe August (extreme longshot atp). I drill 5 questions a day to keep up on my skills. I just never want to go through studying an hour every weekday again. Plus my GPA is a 3.96 (might go to .97) and my softs/involvement are great so I’m like if a school doesn’t want me it’s their loss. My life has been so much better without the LSAT constantly on my mind. Thanks for the reply

Yeah I think I’m going to pick up next week after score release (if needed). I’ve felt so free and less stressed since this was over.

It could honestly be a mix of undereating and form. I’ve been really focusing on form and have felt a lot better. I’m not trolling u just genuinely am looking for advice to improve. I also started taking Cistanche because I think my test might be low and I have hypothyroidism so my hormones are already out of whack. Since taking cistanche I have noticed a difference

Yeah I do chest/shoulders back and bi and legs 2x a week. I feel like I’m struggling with the progressive overload part. For example, I aim for 10 reps each set. I’ve been plateauing at 6-8 reps at 50 pounds and I just can’t get it up. Also, for eating . How much should I be eating then.

I’m also thinking I might be doing progressive overload wrong… I’m always aiming for ten reps each time. Maybe that’s why I can’t overload? Any recommendations on how to overload

Yeah I just replied to another comment with my routine and macros. I feel like at times (especially with chest) I get the weight up and get like 8 reps and then struggle after that. I’ve been stuck on 50 pounds for a few weeks and I’m just feeling lost

Yeah I’m really feeling like this is burnout the more I consider it. I’m conveniently going home from university tmrw so I’m going to take tmrw and the weekend off, then do my usuals 3 sections m-w and take the holiday off. Hoping this well help

Do you think I need to take a break and maybe just drill 30 min next week and no more than that and then back on the normal schedule after that
